RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
 These aspects are not considered to be defects and are therefore non-eligible for returns. Kindly contact our customer service for more info .
 
INCORRECT & DEFECTIVE ITEM(S):
 We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect/defective item. Kindly contact our customer service team at accollofficial@gmail.com or drop us a message at Facebook / Instagram about this issue with your Order Number and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area within 5 working days upon receiving your item(s) and we will reply you within 1 working day.
 
 We advise that all items are to be hand-washed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, Accoll Official will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
 

MEASUREMENT DISCREPANCIES
 Please note that measurements may vary 0.5 - 0.75 inches due to manufacturing processes.
 
 The true colour of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.
